By accessing and using this website and purchasing an Untethered phone, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Product Description & Availability
Untethered phones are Google Pixel 6 devices pre-configured with our custom setup designed to minimize distractions. All products are subject to availability.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are subject to change without notice. Payments are processed through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the specified amount. All sales are final except as noted in our return policy.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
5. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Phones must be in original condition to qualify for return. All returned items will be inspected before processing refunds.
6. Warranty
All Untethered phones come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty covering hardware defects. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
7. Limited Liability
Untethered shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of our products or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
