Returns Policy

Return Window

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. If you received your Untethered phone and are not satisfied, you can return it for a full refund (excluding original shipping costs) within this period.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your phone must:

  • Be in original, unused condition
  • Include all original packaging and accessories
  • Have no signs of physical damage or wear
  • Include the original charger and all included items

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Contact us at contact@untetheredphone.com with your order number
  2. Provide photos of the phone and packaging
  3. Once approved, you'll receive a prepaid return shipping label
  4. Ship the device back to us in original packaging

Inspection & Refunds

Upon receipt, we'll inspect the returned device. If it meets our return conditions:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Devices with accidental or physical damage
  • Phones showing signs of use or wear
  • Items missing original accessories or packaging
  • Orders returned after the 14-day window
  • Devices that have been modified or repaired

Warranty Claims

If your device has a hardware defect within the 1-year warranty period, this is handled separately from returns. Please contact contact@untetheredphone.com for warranty claims.

Damage During Shipping

If your device arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and the shipping box. We'll either send a replacement or process a full refund.
